Bye, bye duurzaamheid. Volgende stop: een wakkere organisatie!


Als je iemand vraagt, “hoe is je relatie?”. En het antwoord is “duurzaam”. Is dat spannend? Is dat inspirerend? Nee! Realize! is een organisatieadviesbureau dat duurzaam ondernemen ziet als het begin van een jonge beweging, die pas op stoom komt als bedrijven een positieve rol in de maatschappij gaan oppakken, door hun streven naar winst te bouwen op een basis van een positieve maatschappelijke bedrage. Deze bedrijven ziet Realize! als wakker en bewust.

Realize! ondersteunt bedrijven bij hun streven naar wakker werken door “best practices” te combineren uit de wereld van sociale innovatie, bedrijfsstructuur, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en facilitatietechnieken. Dit resulteert in meer bewuste en winstgevende ondernemingen.

Realize! heeft daarmee een antwoord op de vraag ‘hoe het ook kan’. Haar werkmethodes richten zich op vanuit inspiratie en mensgerichtheid resultaat te bereiken. Van binnen uit, niet door in kosten te snijden en extra controle, maar door potentie aan te spreken en deze te verwezenlijken; een bewuste manier van werken.

Wat nou bewustzijn? Waarom is dit belangrijk? Bewustzijn is de grond onder verantwoordelijkheid, inzicht, compassie, het realiseren van potentie en een betekenisvol leven. Kortom, waarden die je elke CEO, politicus, beslissingnemer, werknemer of kortgezegd individu, toewenst.

Deze wakkere aanpak is volgens Realize! veerkrachtig en beter geschikt voor de complexiteit van onze 21e eeuwse maatschappij. En voornamelijk een veel leuker alternatief dan de saaie organisatieprincipes uit een tijdperk dat guldens nog van hout waren.

The purpose of this blog

Realize! Live case study - so how high is the speed of internal change at Emesa?

Below is a newspaper article in Dutch Metro about one of Emesa's websites: www.vakantieveilingen.nl

This article, dated February 2009, picked up a story about one of Emesa’s products, as its sales were increasing rapidly and in a way that's completely anti-cyclical to the current crisis. “With a total of 5,000 bookings, an increase in sales of 30% in comparison to the previous month.”

Today's April 14th, and the bookings have increased to 10,000! Obviously, this requires a huge adaptive capacity, in order to keep pace with the increasing needs of both the front and back offices.
